Welcome students, staff, parents and guardians to the 2010-2011 school year. My goal as principal is to provide the students of Valley View High School a safe and positive learning environment. We continue to add more classes clubs, and extra- curricular activities to provide students with opportunities to make their high school experience more enriched. With an increase in advanced placement and honors courses we continue to provide students with ample opportunity to challenge themselves academically.

With the losses that we have suffered this last year it is important for anyone experiencing a difficult time, reach out to a counselor, teacher or administrator.

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind all students and parents that the electronic device policy will be strictly enforced, there are no electronic devices permitted on campus including, iPods, PSP players, ear buds, cameras, etc. Please make sure these items remain off campus.

I look forward to building on our academic success and having a safe school year.
